The plant is located on a 1.86 ha plot of land in the Alytus North Industrial District, a free economic zone (FEZ).
The industrial premises will form the majority of the planned building. The building will also contain administrative premises (about 400 m²). The building will be used for assembly, testing and storage of electrical products.
