Family house in Antakalnis suburb – comfortable, functional house in the city, where there is plenty of space to raise children and invite guests. The intense rhythm of city life and regional prak of Pavilniai combination.
Horizontal building shape with modern 70‘s trends interpretation. Facades combines detail textured natural stone, massive concrete surfaces and wood materials.
In the plan structure of family house, functional zones are designed in the U form, which with the terrace connects the guest house and the rest area of the backyard.
Open and hidden in the nature building at the same time, with concrete supporting walls, forms an open and private backyard space, also blocks from the street noise and allows to avoid the traditional fences, this way all buildings continues the same architectural style and integrates in to the site and forest side. Facades combines detail textured natural stone, massive concrete surfaces and wood materials.
The living room area, with precise glass panels stands out and continuos to the backyard amphitheater terrace.
The technical rooms are designed in the basement floor, this way, the whole site is for family leisure in the open air, in the different backyard spaces, choosing a sunny terrace, shadow terrace, garden, or pool terrace.
