The factory will be located in Kaunas, in the free economic zone. The building will contain production and warehouse facilities. It will manufacture and store medical equipment such as laminars and incubators. The building will also contain part of the employee service area and offices with meeting and collaboration spaces (about 1300 m²).
The plant will use a variety of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions.
The building will be BREEAM certified with an expected level of very good.
