On the northern outskirts of Druskininkai, surrounded by other apartment buildings, a six-storey residential building has been designed. On the adjacent plot there are 3 reconstructed residential buildings which, after reconstruction, have changed the dynamics of the existing site. The new multi-storey building is a continuation of the successful conversion, extending the team’s previous work while maintaining the style and materiality and completing the street layout. The result is a contemporary dwelling that is adapted to all the needs of the modern man.
