The proposal presents several different concept options. One of the options is a bright, dynamic complex of office and apartment buildings, with individual space between the apartments. Much attention was paid to the ergonomics of the apartments. Main focus was to have the main windows of the apartments on the brightest part of the buildings in order to give them as much daylight as possible throughout the day.

Dynamic facade solution used on the office building as well as on the apartment building. The shape of the buildings is non-standard, opening up views from the courtyard side to the street.

The second option is a solid, refined, playful office and apartment complex. The volumes of the buildings are similar, but by using different rhythms of the windows and contrasting finishes of the facades makes different look. The main passway are directed to the inner courtyard between the buildings, where you meet an individual green space made for residents and office workers. Big attention was paid to the orientation of the apartments  – the main windows of the apartments are oriented to the brightest directions of the site and sun side, but also have different orientation from the office building, in this way we created maximum privacy.
